一京，一道，二府，四十三省。 这就是日本了。一道指的是北海道。 北海道又名虾夷， 面积占日本国土约5分之1(1,121.12平方公里) ，居住着约1,839,586人，是日本最北方的岛屿。位于北纬40度33分至45度33分，东经139度20分至148度53分之间，与其同纬度的都市有加拿大多伦多、美国波士顿、意大利罗马、中华人民共和国沈阳。和人口密度绸密的本州岛相比，北海道原始的自然、原野、一望无垠的土地具有独特的魅力，在生活中可仔细玩味四季不同的变化。

for a moment today i kind of come to think of how we young people take things for granted most of the times... we do not cherish what we have or who are actually there for us all the time. we are masters of procrastinates and we never come to realise that life is short and that there might not be a tomorrow awaiting... and then, that would be the time when we wallop in regrets.
