went for nus checkup ytd.... nam it took me 6 hours plus.... stuck at the x ray centre for like more than half the time. i can say that even the slowest polyclinics and hospitals are faster than them... had to go for urine test and i know nuts about it.... somehow when i told rebecca about it i spoke to loud. so the nurses heard it and they started laughing.... lucky i took my blood pressure straight after food cos i just hit the normal blood pressure mark.... the nurse was like stunned at my low blood pressure for reasons i don't know.i just realised that i lost 5kg ever since i worked in sgb.... and i gained back 1kg aft working in MOE.... damn gonna go on diet again!!!!!!!!!!going for FOC next week.... wish me luck...
